- Lead the end-to-end supply chain function including planning, procurement (local and international), production coordination, warehousing, and logistics.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee demand forecasting, material planning, and production scheduling to ensure timely availability of resources and the delivery of finished goods.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality, timely procurement of materials while optimizing sourcing costs.
- Supervise warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock accuracy through effective systems and audits to minimize losses and ensure traceability.
- Optimize logistics and distribution operations to ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery and improved customer service levels.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for import/export, safety, and documentation in all supply chain activities.
- Lead, train, and motivate the supply chain team to foster ownership, accountability, and high performance across all areas.
- Drive the adoption and optimization of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for procurement, inventory, and logistics reporting.
- Present timely operational reports and insights to senior leadership, identifying risks, opportunities, and continuous improvement areas.
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Certification in supply chain (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations, including international trade.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel/Power BI reporting.
