- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and programmatic channels to drive acquisition and revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment between creatives, messaging, and business goals.
- Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPC, conversion rates) and recommend improvements.
- Implement A/B testing strategies for creatives, audience targeting, and bidding approaches.
- Manage ad budgets, pacing, and forecasting for efficient spend allocation.
- Ensure accurate tracking via GTM, Firebase, and analytics tools.
- Build dashboards/reports with BI teams for performance visibility.
- Stay updated with trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to propose new strategies.
- Present strategic updates, performance results, and growth plans to senior leadership, making data-driven recommendations to inform future planning and investment.
- Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business – foundational marketing and business strategy knowledge.
- Specialized degrees: Google Ads & Meta Ads Certifications, GA4 proficiency, attribution model understanding
- 3–5 years of paid campaign management experience with proven results.
- Useful: CRM, marketing automation exposure, telco or subscription business familiarity.
