We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Sales Growth Strategist to lead initiatives that drive sales acceleration & sales process optimisation. This role is responsible for identifying performance gaps, setting measurable goals, and building strategic corridor-to-corridor plans to perform more efficiently and effectively. The role requires strong business acumen, deep sales understanding and data-focused decision making.Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement sales growth strategies using data insights to drive sales figures across products and regions.
- Build and maintain forecasting models to project sales and resource needs.
- Analyse sales funnels and conversion metrics to identify drop-offs and improve lead progression.
- Monitor corridor-level trends, including payouts and exchange rate impact on transactions.
- Track performance against KPIs and prepare regular dashboards and reports.
- Create corridor-specific strategies to improve performance in underperforming segments.
- Identify new customer segments and partnership opportunities for business expansion to support.
- Run A/B tests to validate messaging, timing, and outreach strategies.
- Benchmark internal sales data against industry trends and competitor strategies.
- Recommend pricing, bundling, and promotional offers to improve customer acquisition and margins.
- Support business cases for market expansion, new product launches, or team scaling.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, product, and finance teams to align growth goals.
- Designing and optimising incentive structures for customers and partners.
- Develop lead prioritisation frameworks to guide sales targeting efforts.
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams to ensure unified customer experiences and messaging across digital touchpoints.
- Identify and resolve blockers such as partner dependencies or operational delays.
- Lead planning sessions to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
- Document successful strategies and create repeatable frameworks for growth.
- Contribute to OKRs and deliver key growth-related outcomes.
- Prepare and present detailed performance reports, revenue forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to proactively identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in sales strategy, performance analysis, or business operations
- Strong command over sales processes, data analytics, and customer segmentation
- Experience with CRM systems & BI tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and drive complex, cross regional projects
- Prior experience in remittance, fintech, or financial services is a strong advantage
