- Partner with Marketing & Sales teams to understand business requirements and translate them into IT solutions.
- Manage and support digital marketing and sales platforms (e.g., Sprinkler, Gigya, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok).
- Drive automation and integration projects across marketing and sales applications, including website pixel integrations and data frameworks.
- Ensure smooth functioning and continuous improvement of marketing & sales IT systems through regular monitoring and optimization.
- Collaborate with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Provide training and support to business teams to maximize usage of marketing & sales IT tools.
- Contribute to digital transformation initiatives, focusing on data-driven marketing and customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security guidelines while managing digital tools and platforms.
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in IT/business-facing roles, preferably in FMCG, telecom, or digital marketing domains.
- Strong understanding of Marketing & Sales operations and processes.
- Hands-on experience with marketing/sales platforms (Sprinkler, Gigya, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok, Azure Cloud).
- Knowledge of system integration, automation, and data management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience handling cross-functional teams.
- Project management skills (preferred).
