Inward & Outward In-charge (Gate Clerk) Jobs in Faisalabad, Pakistan

• Maintain visitor records manually and electronically.
• Receive incoming parts, components, and bikes from suppliers, dealers, and cargo.
• Verify items against purchase orders, invoices, and bilty (delivery documents).
• Inspect parts for quantity, quality, and damage; update inward entries in books and the system.
• Prepare gate passes and maintain accurate outward records manually and electronically.
• Track and coordinate logistics (e.g., TCS) to ensure timely deliveries.
• Report stock discrepancies and assist in investigations; follow FIFO and inventory best practices.
• Ensure goods movement complies with factory and regulatory protocols and maintain cleanliness and safety in dispatch areas.
• Support quality assurance with segregation and rejection handling.
• Work closely with Stock, Dispatch, and Accounts departments and liaise with logistics providers.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports on inward/outward movements and visitor activity.
