Vendors must quote per unit price for each item listed in the sports kit. The final purchase quantity will be determined by the organization.
Shortlisted Vendor/s will submit the samples before issuance of PO.
Prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties, and transportation costs up to the delivery location (Battagram & Mansehra).
All quotations must remain valid for a minimum of 30 calendar days from the submission deadline.
Delivery of 50 complete sports kits must be made within 10 – 15 working days from issuance of the purchase order.
Delivery location: delivery to both Mansehra & Battagram Districts, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
All items must conform strictly to the specifications provided in the RFQ. Any substandard, damaged, or non-compliant items will be rejected at the vendor’s cost.
Quotations must be typed, signed, and stamped properly.
Quotations containing calculation errors, omissions, or incomplete information will be rejected.
Payment will be made via crossed cheque within 15 working days after successful delivery and inspection of goods.
No advance payment will be made.
The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason.

Vendor Eligibility Criteria & Documents RequiredTo qualify, vendors must meet the following minimum requirements and provide supporting documents:

Valid business registration certificate with relevant authorities.
National Tax Number (NTN) registration & STRN registration.
Proof of Active Taxpayer Status (ATL) from FBR.
Short company/firm profile highlighting experience in supply of sports goods, school supplies, or related items.
Evidence of previous similar contracts/orders (preferably with NGOs, INGOs, or schools).
Verifiable physical office/shop address with contact details.
Active business-titled bank account (not any personal account).
Sealed quotation on company letterhead, signed and stamped.
