- Manage and lead a team for the assigned OEM market segment in the region.
- Drive budgeted sales and revenue growth with designated customers/segments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEM customers.
- Identify and capture new business opportunities in the assigned segment.
- Provide technical support and services to customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to align sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Maintain and grow business with existing customers while exploring new opportunities for market growth and leadership.
- Develop, train and groom team members to achieve business objectives and prepare them for future roles.
- Collaborate with NSM and R&D in new product design and development.
- Ensure effective communication across internal and external stakeholders to achieve sales targets smoothly.
- Organize customer meetings to secure business opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
- Gather, share and follow up on customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain operational standards in line with defined parameters and ensure compliance.
- Ensure accurate sales and rolling forecasts to support smooth supplies, with a strong focus on OWC optimization.
- Manage inventory at optimal levels to balance supply security and working capital efficiency.
- Address technical and sales issues with customers to enhance service and satisfaction.
