- Analytical Fluency: Ability to synthesise multi-source qualitative and quantitative data, identify patterns and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Development and Uplift: The ability to elevate people and school teams through thorough, thoughtful, compassionate and incisive feedback, showing them pathways for improvement grounded in data and evidence.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Experience guiding small teams, facilitating open dialogue, and driving consensus among diverse groups.

- Communication Fluency: Proficient in Urdu-able to craft concise, high-quality, structured, professional reports and deliver clear verbal feedback.

3-4 years as a principal, teacher trainer, or academic manager (desirable).
