This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep technical expertise, a passion for innovation, and the ability to guide teams using modern development practices—including AI-powered tools—to boost productivity, streamline processes, and foster continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesAI-Driven DevelopmentLeverage AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and similar technologies to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation processes.Champion the adoption of AI in development workflows to solve complex problems and enhance team efficiency and skill sets.Project LeadershipLead and manage the complete software development lifecycle from concept to deployment.Coordinate cross-functional, remote, and on-site teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.Align technical strategy with business objectives to maximize impact and innovation.Software DevelopmentArchitect and develop robust backend systems using C#, .NET, Python, and SQL Server.Design responsive and scalable front-end applications using modern frameworks such as ReactJS, Angular, Tailwind, HTML, and CSS.Write clean, maintainable code and ensure high test coverage through unit testing and code reviews.System IntegrationDevelop secure and scalable REST/SOAP APIs, incorporating AI-assisted monitoring and diagnostics.Integrate seamlessly with SCADA systems, PLCs, and third-party industrial platforms to enable real-time connectivity and data flow.Data & Business IntelligenceDesign and develop insightful reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.Perform in-depth data analysis to support decision-making and performance optimization.Build and maintain ETL pipelines using SSIS, and work across various database environments including SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.Required Skills & Experience10+ years of hands-on software development experience, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role.Proficient in C#, .NET, Python, SQL, and modern JavaScript UI frameworks.Demonstrated experience managing remote teams and delivering enterprise-grade applications using Agile methodologies.Strong familiarity with AI/ML tools, business intelligence platforms, and industrial automation technologies such as SCADA and PLC.Mandatory QualificationsBachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Direct experience using AI-enhanced development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or equivalents) in a professional setting.Preferred QualificationsExposure to AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), cloud-based AI services (e.g., Azure AI, AWS SageMaker), or data science platforms.Foundational understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline configuration
