JOB PURPOSEThe Design Support Executive should have a natural eye for design across digital mediums. He/she will provide image resizing & editing support to the team. The individual will be working with a team of designers in close partnership with the editorial and marketing wing, delivering quality work while being highly creative and learning advanced photoshop techniques in order to deliver appealing digital media assets which go hand in hand with our brand guidelines.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Produce fresh, innovative work that translates company ideas into compelling visuals for our audience.
Resizing Images as per guidelines or platform requirements.
Editing raw Images as per guidelines to make them ready to use on different platforms.
Providing support to the photography team by applying basic editing techniques in images like colour tuning, calibration adjustment, blur effect, etc.
Be involved in brainstorming sessions with the team, maintaining our brand identity to develop innovative initiatives
Self-management and ownership, this means managing yourself, your time and your priorities with regards to the incoming design requests
Learn advanced photoshop skills to expand the range of skillset with focus on contributing to all other projects being worked on by the Design team such as animations, video footage editing, social media posts, magazines, and much more.
Working on any other additional jobs assigned by the manager

RequirementsQualifications

Bachelor’s Degree

Experience

Fresh or at least 1 year of experience

Knowledge● Know how of Visual Ideation/Creativity Typography Design Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) Multimedia Design Software (After Effects, etc.)● Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Xd is an advantageSkills● Strong collaborative skills● Good communication skillsTraits● A keen eye for detail● A can-do and flexible approach● Can perform under pressure and operate in a fast pace environmentBenefits
