Job Summary:The Administrative Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations and supervising administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality support for all departments. This role combines leadership, organizational skills, and hands-on administrative expertise to maintain a productive, well-coordinated office environment.Key Responsibilities:Supervise, train, and support administrative staff, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.Assign and monitor daily workloads and responsibilities of the administrative team.Coordinate and oversee general office activities, including scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies, and organizing files.Review and prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.Ensure proper communication and collaboration between administrative staff and other departments.Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, calls, and emails.Assist with budgeting and expense tracking for the administrative department.Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.Support senior management with special projects and other administrative tasks as required.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.3+ years of experience in an administrative or office management role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and general office software.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to problem-solve and handle conflicts effectively.High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
