The Bids will be opened on the same day at 3:00 PM at the above address, in the presence of bidders or their representatives.3. CDR Submission: At the time of bid submission, the Bidder/Supplier is required to submit a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR). Submission of the CDR is mandatory and must be 2.5% of the total bid value. Submission of samples is mandatory otherwise; the bid will not be considered.5.
