- Ability to craft compelling copy and messaging for campaigns and ongoing projects.
- Experience in creating marketing/advertising campaigns - from developing the vision, and creating creative, conceptual and compelling mood boards to overseeing production quality and timelines.
- Identify strong consumer insights to drive creative strategy and campaign development.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and develop compelling creative ideas that resonate with company objectives.
- Take creative concepts from ideation to execution, ensuring consistency across platforms and mediums.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the Multimedia team, understanding project requirements and providing high-quality solutions.
- Create compelling pitch presentations that showcase our creative concepts and capabilities.
- Manage ongoing projects, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate and inspire designers and other relevant team members to create unique and engaging designs, videos and animations.
- Ensure that all the multimedia work aligns with marketing team expectations, and maintains high-quality standards within company guidelines.
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding creative work within given timelines.
- Stay informed about how leading brands develop their communication and remain up to date with global industry trends.
- Education: Bachelors in Visual Communications Design /Masters in Design or Multimedia
- Experience: 5+ Years
- Proven experience as a associate creative manager or in a similar creative leadership role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and campaigns.
- Excellent leadership, project management and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of design principles, visual communication, and brand development.
- Proficiency in creative software and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adobe Creative Cloud Apps, Microsoft Office
