
Customer Rates/Pricing Executive

- Monitor exchange rates offered to customers and ensure competitiveness against market benchmarks and competitor pricing.
- Work with internal data and tools to adjust rates based on FX cost, business targets, and market changes.
- Support the development and maintenance of pricing models and country-specific rules.
- Analyse the impact of pricing on transaction volume & margins.
- Coordinate with Treasury to align exchange rates through the inernal system.
- Use dashboards and reporting tools to track rate performance, identify outliers, and ensure consistency.
- Assist in setting up and managing automated pricing rules for real-time rate adjustments
- Prepare regular reports and insights for leadership on pricing performance and corridor-level analysis.
- Support marketing, sales, and customer service teams with rate-related inputs and communication.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory or partner-specific pricing rules in each corridor.
- Work with tech team to improve the pricing engine, tools, and API connections.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in pricing, analytics, finance, or operations—ideally in fintech, payments, or FX
- Good understanding of foreign exchange pricing, margin structures, and customer dynamics
- Strong Excel skills; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau) is a plus
- Analytical thinker with a structured problem-solving approach
- Ability to handle multiple markets and projects at once
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
