We are looking for a competent and experienced Admin Officer to oversee administrative operations and ensure smooth office management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and at least years of relevant experience.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day office administration and facility operations.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
  • Handle staff attendance, leave records, and basic HR support.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support event coordination, logistics, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain filing systems and office documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Minimum years of experience in office administration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general office tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
