- Focus on Designing, displays, stands and panels for retail stores.
- Researching lifestyle and design trends and ensure appealing displays.
- Ensure quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
- Coordinate with design, marketing and merchandising team to develop themes and color scheme for displays.
- Training of retails staff on how to manage appealing displays.
- Prepare VM Packs, including Pans and photographs for all stores, to make sure all displays present a consistent image.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
