About the opportunityAs an Associate - Rider Experience, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth live service management, supporting various lines of business (LOB), and stakeholders. Your focus will be on maintaining healthy order counts, managing fail rates, and providing live support to enhance the rider experience.
