Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design process for our flagship SaaS product. This role requires a seasoned design leader with strong UX/UI expertise, product thinking, and the ability to translate complex compliance and fintech requirements into elegant, intuitive user experiences.Key Responsibilities

Own the design vision, strategy, and execution for our product ecosystem.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to define product requirements.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Lead user research, usability testing, and data-driven design improvements.
Establish and maintain a consistent design system and component library.
Mentor junior designers and ensure design best practices across teams.
Stay updated with the latest SaaS, fintech, and compliance design trends.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Design, HCI, or a related field.
6+ years of proven experience in SaaS/Enterprise Product Design.
Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design for complex B2B products.
Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
Experience conducting user research and applying insights into design.
Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
