Your primary responsibilities will be to:Website & Design Management:Oversee the day-to-day operations of our WordPress/WooCommerce websites.Manage the website's design and user experience, implementing new themes and customizing pages to improve conversion rates.Ensure the website is fully responsive and provides an excellent experience on all devices.Backend & SEO Management:Manage the website's backend, including plugins, updates, and security.Develop and execute a comprehensive on-page and technical SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings.Monitor website performance, including loading speed, and troubleshoot any technical issues.Sales & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):Take ownership of the website's sales and revenue targets.Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities to increase sales.Plan and implement A/B tests on product pages, checkout processes, and promotional offers to improve conversion rates.
