- Own the full sales cycle from initial discovery to closing, positioning WellnessLiving as a strategic solution to support customers’ business growth.
- Engage with inbound leads, qualifying prospects and converting interest into active, loyal customers.
- Drive outbound sales efforts by initiating cold outreach to identify and build new business opportunities.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations that clearly communicate the value and ROI of our SaaS platform.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, driving product adoption, utilization, and satisfaction across assigned accounts.
- Represent WellnessLiving with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset in every interaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline activity using our CRM (Salesforce), ensuring real-time visibility into progress and forecasts.
- 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas.
- 3+ years of inside sales experience, with a strong grasp of managing a high volume of inbound and outbound communications.
- Demonstrated success in outbound sales, including cold-calling and lead generation.
- Proficient in managing the full sales cycle, from discovery calls and needs analysis to product demonstrations and closing.
- 3+ years of closing experience in a SaaS environment.
- Skilled in consultative selling, with the ability to build lasting client relationships based on trust and value.
- Minimum 3 years of experience selling to small businesses (health and wellness sector an asset).
- Highly organized, driven, and adaptable: ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
- Strong customer service orientation, with excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
