Normeca International AS is operating an innovative healthcare project in Pakistan, the “Mobile Multi-Diagnostic Clinic / Mini Hospital,” in collaboration with the Islamic Development Bank (ISDB) and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. This project involves state-of-the-art mobile clinics, housed in large, fully-equipped trailers, designed to deliver essential healthcare services directly to communities in the KPK and Sindh regions. Each mobile clinic supports a range of general diagnostic services and minor surgical procedures. In addition to advanced medical equipment, the units are designed with comprehensive facilities, including kitchens, laundry, dining areas, and conference rooms, ensuring complete functionality and comfort for medical teams and patients alike. Through this project, Normeca International AS is committed to enhancing healthcare accessibility and delivering high-quality care to underserved areas.We are looking for a dedicated and skilled HQ Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining and ensuring the security and functionality of medical and non-medical equipment. This position requires a proactive individual who is capable of handling both installation and repair tasks, as well as ensuring that all equipment complies with industry standards.Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Security & Installation: Ensure the security of all properties, including both medical and non-medical equipment at headquarters and on-site. Equipment must be installed and stored in a safe and proper manner.
Equipment Transportation: Responsible for securing medical and non-medical equipment during trailer transportation to new locations, in coordination with MMU staff and the CM.
Relocation Assistance: Accompany the MMUs during moves to ensure that all units arrive without technical issues and assist in the setup of non-medical equipment at new sites.
Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support to MMUs, addressing any challenges related to medical or non-medical equipment.
Repair & Maintenance: Perform both minor and major repairs on equipment and manage scheduled services (quarterly, annual, and yearly) for generators and other equipment inside and outside of trailers.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all installations comply with EU standards, and prepare detailed reports on any trailer damage during and after transport.
Collaboration: Work closely with MMU technicians to ensure that all equipment is well-maintained and operational.

Qualifications:

Technical background or certification in equipment installation and maintenance.
Experience with medical equipment is an advance.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Knowledge of EU standards for equipment installation is preferred.
Willingness to travel to support MMUs on-site.
Applicant with valid Driving Licence will be preferred
