This means redefining processes, championing modern quality practices, and instilling a culture of continuous improvement. In this role, you will be the architect of our quality strategy, ensuring our applications meet world-class standards through innovation, automation, and a relentless focus on excellence.Responsibilities:

Spearhead the restructuring and revitalization of the QA department. You will redefine workflows and processes to elevate quality standards across all projects.
Foster an environment of career growth, technical excellence, and teamwork, where engineers are inspired to learn and innovate.
Monitor QA team efficiency and dynamically allocate resources based on project needs. Ensure that team members are optimally utilized, and projects are staffed to meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
Drive the transition from manual testing to automated, AI-driven QA workflows.
Introduce and implement automation frameworks (like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and AI-driven testing tools (such as Testim, Mabl, Applitools) to increase coverage and productivity.
Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, utilize advanced test management systems (e.g., TestRail, Jira), and ensure our QA processes stay ahead of industry trends.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
8+ years in Software Quality Assurance, with at least 3+ years in a QA lead or management role driving teams and QA strategy.
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. Proficiency in using test management tools like TestRail and project tracking tools like Jira.
Familiarity with AI-driven testing platforms (such as Testim, Mabl, or Applitools) and a willingness to implement innovative testing solutions. Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and performance/security testing is a plus.
You have a track record of inspiring and guiding high-performing teams, and you excel at mentorship and people development
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues in software systems and an aptitude for critical thinking and detail-oriented work.
Deep understanding of modern QA practices and a quality engineering mindset.
You are passionate about quality at every stage of development and advocate for best practices like shift-left testing and CI/CD integration.
