Salary Range: PKR 80,000 100,000 + BonusesJob Summary:We are seeking a professional and proactive HR Manager to manage day-to-day human resources operations in our visa consultancy office. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, training, HR documentation, and employee engagement, ensuring a positive and productive workplace aligned with company goals.Key Responsibilities:-Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.-Design and implement structured systems for sourcing and selecting the best candidates.-Conduct orientation sessions and training programs for new and existing -employees.-Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems-Define and track KPIs and performance metrics.-Conduct regular performance appraisals with department heads.-Support employee engagement and professional development initiatives.-Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.-Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR standards.-Assist in payroll preparation with attendance, leaves, and bonus records.-Collaborate with management on workforce planning and organizational growth.Requirements:-Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.-3 years of HR management experience (preferably in consultancies or service industries).-Strong expertise in recruitment, training, performance management, and payroll.-Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.-Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.-Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRIS preferred).-Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle confidential matters discreetly.
