Position requirements:
Minimum Education and Experience:
Preferably 10 years equivalent education with preferably 5 years relevant work experience
Skills:
Good communication skills
Good knowledge about the local Market
Familiar with works related to Purchasing
Computer skills- MS Office
Knowledge of record keeping required.
Ability to organize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
Time management and interpersonal skill.
Ability to travel in local market and capacity to work extra hours and even on off days as and when needed.
Good Driving skills and must hold a driving license.
Responsibilities:
To collect samples and the quotes from open market
To arrange the visit of user department for physical inspection/selection of goods to be purchased
Documents delivery and collection from purchase office to other departments
To deliver and collect documents from different Government Offices, Banks, and Suppliers
To drive the Purchase VAN and Motorcycle whenever needed
Ensure materials purchased are according to specifications
Any other job/task assigned by his supervisor
