All at the same time.Role and ResponsibilitiesBeing a Key part of Business Applications Team, Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant’s responsibility is to play a critical role in implementing, customizing, and supporting Oracle Fusion applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations. Your expertise in both technical and functional aspects of Oracle Fusion will be instrumental in optimizing business processes and achieving successful outcomes.Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, pain points, and objectives.
Conduct workshops and interviews to gather and document business process flows, data requirements, and functional specifications.
Analyze complex business problems and provide recommendations for efficient and effective solutions leveraging Oracle Fusion applications.

Solution Design and Configuration:

Design and architect Oracle Fusion solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices.
Configure Oracle Fusion applications, including modules such as Financials, HCM, SCM, etc., to meet business needs.
Define and implement system configurations, workflows, security, and approval hierarchies.

Technical Development and Customization:

Develop customizations and extensions using Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies, such as ADF, SOA, and ODI.
Design and develop data integrations and interfaces between Oracle Fusion applications and other systems.
Write SQL and PL/SQL scripts to extract, transform, and load data as part of data migration activities.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the accuracy and reliability of Oracle Fusion solutions.
Perform functional, integration, and regression testing, identify defects, and collaborate with the development team to resolve issues.
Conduct end-to-end testing of business processes and provide recommendations for improvement.

User Training and Support:Conduct user training sessions to familiarize end-users with Oracle Fusion applications and processes

Provide ongoing support to end-users, address their questions and issues, and ensure their successful adoption of the system.
Collaborate with the support team to resolve any production issues and perform system maintenance and upgrades.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in information security, computer science, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Implementations and development.

Preferred SkillsFollowing are the desired skills.

Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture, modules, and business processes.
Proficient in Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies, such as ADF, SOA, and ODI.
Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle Fusion applications.
Solid knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Basic Knowledge of:

System Integration
