- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn.
- Build and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) containers and implement event tracking to connect user behavior with campaign outcomes.
- Ensure seamless data integration between Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics (GA4) for accurate full-funnel reporting.
- Produce and test ad creatives (copy + visuals) that reflect Trickle Up’s mission and storytelling approach.
- Use A/B testing frameworks to improve ad performance continuously.
- Analyse campaign performance data to uncover trends, insights, and budget optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align advertising with broader campaigns.
- Stay up to date with nonprofit advertising trends, platform updates, and data privacy regulations.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and (ideally) LinkedIn Ads.
- Basic knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4).
- Strong analytical mindset with interest in data-driven decision making.
- Creative skills in writing ad copy and/or designing visuals a plus.
- Detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn the latest in digital advertising.
- Passion for nonprofit or mission-driven work is strongly preferred.
