Summary:Q3logic is looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Development Officer to join our team and drive growth for our technical products in the Audit, Risk, and Compliance (ARC) space. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, supporting the sales team, and helping to build a strong sales pipeline.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Outreach: Conduct initial outreach to prospective clients to introduce our ARC solutions and understand their needs and challenges.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring they are a good fit for our products and have a genuine interest.
  • Sales Support: Assist the Business Development Manager in preparing for client meetings, creating proposals, and developing sales presentations.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Market Feedback: Collect and communicate market feedback and client requirements to the product development team.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to build a professional network and identify new business opportunities
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Lead Generation: Number of qualified leads generated per month.
  • Outreach Activity: Number of calls, emails, and social media engagements made per week.
  • Appointment Setting: Number of discovery calls or initial meetings scheduled with qualified prospects.
  • Pipeline Contribution: Value of new opportunities added to the sales pipeline.
  • Response Time: Timeliness of follow-ups on inbound leads and inquiries.
  • CRM Data Accuracy: Accuracy and completeness of client data and activity logs in the CRM.
  • Sales Collateral: Contribution to the development of new sales and marketing materials.
