- Sales Support: Assist the Business Development Manager in preparing for client meetings, creating proposals, and developing sales presentations.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Market Feedback: Collect and communicate market feedback and client requirements to the product development team.
- Networking: Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to build a professional network and identify new business opportunities
- Lead Generation: Number of qualified leads generated per month.
- Outreach Activity: Number of calls, emails, and social media engagements made per week.
- Appointment Setting: Number of discovery calls or initial meetings scheduled with qualified prospects.
- Pipeline Contribution: Value of new opportunities added to the sales pipeline.
- Response Time: Timeliness of follow-ups on inbound leads and inquiries.
- CRM Data Accuracy: Accuracy and completeness of client data and activity logs in the CRM.
- Sales Collateral: Contribution to the development of new sales and marketing materials.
