Core Responsibilities;Responsible of marketing & selling of group products to corporate sector of country, which include commercial, industrial and infrastructural retrofitting, expansions and new projects in corporate sector of Pakistan.Working Environment:30% office work in office and 70% work in the field.Functions;
  • Marketing
  • Supervising & supporting Corporate Sales teams
  • Handling key accounts sales and marketing.
  • Establishing contacts with potential clients and consultants.
  • Guiding and training junior sales staff on Group products, sales and marketing techniques.
  • Handling meetings with key accounts, clients and consultants to enhance product sales of group.
  • Attending exhibitions and other sales avenues to promote Group products.
  • Sales
  • Preparing quotations under Corporate Head guidelines and clarifying with customers if necessary.
  • Negotiating quotations with customers under given guidelines in terms of discounts, payment terms and production period. May seek support of Corporate Head if deemed necessary.
  • Receiving orders from customers, and releasing it for production after technical and commercial clarifications.
  • Arranging payments, both advance and final in accordance with the purchase order.
  • Coordinating dispatch of material with Operations and customer to ensure timely and correct delivery.
  • Following up credit payments, receiving it and depositing it to finance, making sure that payments are accurately entered in ledgers.
  • Coordinating customer inspection/FAT as and when required in plant.
  • Regular meetings with customers to tally payment ledgers and getting information of new requirements.
  • Supporting sales staff on negotiations with clients and closing deals.
  • Monitoring and administrating performance of sales staff.
  • Preparing Sales Reports for Management on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Providing performance feedback of the sales team to management and suggestion to improve performance of the team.
  • Preparing and providing marketing data analysis reports to management.
Liaison with Other Departments; * Direct reporting to Corporate Head on daily basis.
  • Interaction with Operations Department on regular basis to expedite and follow-up production/delivery of orders.
  • 3Coordination with plants for sample arrangement, production and inspection (FAT) of material where applicable.
  • Daily interaction with Finance/Receivables for depositing payments, maintaining ledgers and issuing invoices.
  • Assisting Head Corporate Sales in developing promotional campaigns for group.
  • Assistance in pre-qualification documents for group products and assisting Business Development team for Business Development activities as and when required.
  • Special assignments for management as and when required.
