You will be responsible for operations and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) equipment installed throughout the campus for safe and efficient operations to minimize breakdowns and increase equipment life.Responsibilities:
Specifically, you will be responsible to:
carry out repair and maintenance of equipment HVAC equipment
diagnose maintenance problems of HVAC Equipment and troubleshoot in an effective manner to minimize downtime
execute preventive maintenance activities on all HVAC Equipment/ Services as per defined procedures to prevent breakdowns
record all required information on job activity to maintain history and other relevant data in facilities and equipment management system
inspect and observe assigned equipment / services to minimize breakdown and to meet users needs
follow EHS guidelines and dress code at work
any other related task as assigned by supervisorRequirements:
matriculation
diploma in HVAC Technology preferred
at least 5 years of relevant work experience
extensive knowledge about HVAC Equipment
ability to troubleshoot HVAC equipment
knowledge of safety in hospital facilities maintenance
ability to understand and write basic English & Urdu
