Requirements:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in operations management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of administrative processes, compliance, and organizational systems.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end operational activities and ensure smooth execution of processes.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and operational strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Manage administrative functions, including facilities, procurement, compliance, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate teams to enhance productivity and performance.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, health & safety standards, and organizational policies.
  • Coordinate with senior management for strategic planning and execution of growth initiatives.
  • Resolve operational challenges and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain effective communication across all departments for seamless workflow.
