- Plan, execute, and scale digital ad campaigns across Google, Tiktok and Meta Ads to drive online sales and new customer acquisition.
- Manage eCommerce performance marketing, including Google Shopping, product feed optimization, remarketing, and dynamic ads.
- Optimize for ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and customer LTV, using data-driven insights to continuously improve performance.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, landing pages, and customer journeys to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with creative, product, and CRM teams to align campaigns with brand positioning and customer journey goals.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, with actionable recommendations for scaling growth.
- Stay ahead of eCommerce, digital advertising, and customer engagement trends to proactively test and adopt new strategies.
- Leverage customer engagement platforms to power WhatsApp marketing campaigns that drive conversions, repeat purchases, and retention.
- 3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in an eCommerce or digital brand environment.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and shopping/retargeting campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with WhatsApp marketing, ideally integrated via a customer engagement platform.
- Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4), campaign dashboards, and advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to make data-driven marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
