- Assist in HR operational tasks, including team gift ordering and distribution, ordering meals, and travel arrangements
- Track IT equipment inventory and allocations to ensure receipt and retrieval
- Regularly update and reconcile our HR Information Systems (HRIS) for accuracy
- Support offboarding and onboarding processes
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with HR team members to address ad hoc operational needs and contribute to projects
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned
- 2-3 years in HR Operations
- A passion for creating a top-notch experience and journey for employees
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- The ability to work independently, follow up on tasks and issues as they arise
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems, preferably Rippling and ADP
