He will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather technical information, analyze client needs, and create persuasive proposals that align with business goals. He must have the ability to articulate technical solutions and convey value propositions will be essential in winning new projects and contracts.Proposal Engineer Duties and Responsibilities:

Proposal Development: Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, including research, content creation, and document formatting, ensuring that proposals are clear, persuasive, and tailored to each client's specific requirements.
Technical Analysis: Collaborate with technical experts to understand project requirements, develop technical solutions, and translate complex technical information into easily understandable content for non-technical stakeholders.
Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for proposed projects, considering materials, labor, equipment, and other relevant factors, while maintaining competitiveness and profitability.
Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses, helping to position our proposals strategically in the market.
Client Engagement: Interface with clients to clarify project details, answer queries, and ensure that proposals align with their expectations and needs.
Documentation and Compliance: Maintain a comprehensive database of proposal content, ensuring compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and client requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance proposal processes, templates, and tools, and implement best practices to increase efficiency and success rates.
Strong Communication and coordination: internal and external communication for new and existing projects via phone, email, WhatsApp and zoom etc. to meet deadlines of new proposals and running projects.

Area of Expertise:

Conducting technical/financial feasibility study and developing technical/price proposal
Calculating, designing and simulating solar PV systems
Assisting with administrative and permit works
Identifying and managing scope, constraints risks, assumptions and deadlines
Assisting with documentation and other project deliverables
Must be Skilled in PVsyst, HelioScope, AutoCAD,SketchUp Electrical Engineering, Power
Generation, PLC SCADA, etc.
