- Identify, map, and engage pharmacies within GC7 all targeted districts and facilitate SRs in LOAs signing with pharmacies and nomination of TB focal persons.
- Train and orient pharmacies on TB detection, notification, referral, and treatment adherence. Ensure pharmacies follow standard procedures for TB patient identification, notification, and referral to TB care facilities.
- Conduct visits to ensure compliance with TB guidelines and follow-up on corrective actions.
- Ensure pharmacy data is collected, validated, and integrated into DHIS2/MIS and Program reports.
- Conduct high-quality reviews of SR field monitoring reports, providing feedback and follow-up.
- Maintain continuous coordination with field teams and partner NGOs to ensure smooth implementation and timely issue resolution
- Assist the PPM Coordinator in developing presentations, SR action plans and track their implementation.
- Consolidate pharmacy and SR data into monthly, quarterly and annual reports for the PPM Coordinator.
- Analyze PPM indicators (e.g., bac positivity, zero-reporting GPs, pharmacy notifications) in collaboration with the data team.
- Document lessons learned, success stories, and best practices for donor reporting and Program improvement under PPM Component.
- Assisting in the development of work plans and technical guidelines for smooth implementation of interventions.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of health facilities and activities under the program.
- Providing support in data validation, analysis, and reporting to ensure high-quality programmatic outputs.
- Coordinating with partners and stakeholders to strengthen implementation and ensure alignment with national TB control strategies.
- Supporting the PPM Coordinator in preparing progress updates, sharing feedback with SRs, and contributing to decision-making for program improvements.

- Works Directly With: Senior Program Officer and Project Assistant PPM
- Bachelor’s in social sciences or relevant discipline.
- At least 3 years’ experience with NGO/INGO, preferably in TB programs or a related field
- Strong communications skills
- Excellent report writing skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to work in a diverse environment
- Ability to work under pressure, meet timelines, multi-tasking
