Senior Fullstack Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services using Go, Node.js, or Python.
• Architect and optimize RESTful & GraphQL APIs for seamless integration with React/Next.js frontend applications.
• Lead the development of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native solutions.
• Work on security-focused products.
• Optimize databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch) and implement efficient data pipelines.
• Deploy and manage services using Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless architectures.
• Collaborate with frontend teams to ensure end-to-end system reliability, performance, and security.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior engineers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve backend performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and scalability challenges.

• 6+ years of backend development experience with Go, Node.js, or Python, and familiarity with security-focused systems.
• Proven track record in designing and scaling secure, high-performance backend services (e.g., APIs, microservices, data pipelines).
• Deep understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Expertise in RESTful/GraphQL API design, optimization, and integration with React/Next.js frontends.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, including performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) for deployment and scaling.
• Comfortable collaborating on React/Next.js applications (bonus: SSR, state management, performance optimization).
• Ability to debug complex backend issues, optimize latency/throughput, and mitigate security risks.
