Our project is a transformation project with all the consequences!!Your Responsibilities● Be the force that drives the delivery and growth for the php development team● Lead the team to ensure software quality standards agreed are met.● Become a mentor for the team and support the newcomers to ensure a quick ramp- up.● Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand requirements and provide low level designs that match with the requirements.● Partner with architecture and QA to deliver the backlog both for business as usual, prioritized incidents and strategic projects in a timely manner with the right quality and testing coverage.● Help us to manage and scale our systems focusing on high availability, to be able to offer a robust service.Job Description(Technology)About youWe would like to bring you to the next level in your professional career. A flexible and adaptable person, good team player and willing to support other team members.There are some skills we need the ideal candidate to master:- PHP and Laravel- MySQL and excellent SQL Skills- Redis- Docker, Kubernetes and EKS- LinuxAdditionally, the following points summarize the technical skills we are looking for. We know theyare a lot, so we are flexible with people missing some of them and willing to learn.● 3 years' experience as a team lead and at least 5 more years as a developer or architect.● A proactive person, highly self-motivated and creative problem-solver.● The ability to solve complex problems and produce clean coding quality.● Superb interpersonal skills.● Strong knowledge of modern design patterns and architectures (MVVM &Components Oriented Programming)● Extra programming languages like Java + SpringBoot, Java Enterprise Edition, AngularJS, python and/or NodeJS.● Extra SQL and databases experience in PostgreSQL, SQLServer or DB2● Data Grid engines like Coherence, Ignite… etc.● You are familiar with distributed applications and its way to log and to be monitored.
