Why This Role?Our client in pharma industry is looking for a Tender Specialist who will be responsible for end-to-end management of public and private institutional tenders (e.g., government hospitals, armed forces, NGOs, international donors). This includes tender identification, document preparation, submission, follow-ups, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory and company standards.Key Responsibilities: * Tender Monitoring & Identification:
  • Track and monitor tender opportunities from public sector portals (PPRA, hospital websites, etc.) and private institutions.
  • Evaluate tenders and identify opportunities aligned with company products.
2. Tender Preparation & Submission:
  • Prepare and compile all required technical and financial documents.
  • Coordinate with product, regulatory, and finance teams for documentation and pricing.
  • Submit tenders on time as per institutional requirements.
3. Compliance & Documentation:
  • Ensure documentation complies with regulatory, legal, and institutional standards.
  • Maintain updated repository of company registrations, product certifications, and relevant approvals.
4. Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Act as a liaison with hospitals, procurement departments, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with sales and supply chain teams for post-tender execution (deliveries, payments, etc.).
5. Reporting & Analysis:
  • Maintain tender status reports and success tracking.
  • Provide feedback to management on win/loss analysis and pricing strategies.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Pharmacy, Biomedical, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in tender/institutional sales in healthcare or medical devices sector.
  • Strong understanding of PPRA rules and institutional procurement processes.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
  • Experience with military and donor-funded tenders (e.g., USAID, UNDP).
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of regulatory certifications (DRAP, ISO, CE, etc.).
