Last date to apply: August 31 2025What is Head SME Sales?Head SME Sales is a national leadership role responsible for driving Jazz’s business within the Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) segment across Pakistan. This role carries the mandate to sell Jazz’s entire product line, from core connectivity to advanced solutions to SME customers nationwide in close collaboration with regional teams.Acting as a growth leader and strategic partner, the incumbent will design and execute market penetration strategies, lead high-performing teams across geographies, and build long-term customer relationships to enable Pakistan’s SME sector in its digital transformation journey.This position reports directly to the Head of Enterprise Sales and leads Regional SME Managers across the country.What does the Head SME Sales do?
- Drive Jazz’s SME business across Pakistan by setting direction, building market presence, and delivering consistent revenue growth.
- Develop a deep understanding of SME pain points, industry trends, and customer requirements to position Jazz as the partner of choice.
- Ensure wide adoption of Jazz’s core and digital solutions by SMEs, tailoring offerings to their size, sector, and stage of growth.
- Establish strong relationships with SME decision-makers, fostering long-term partnerships built on trust and value delivery.
- Guide and empower regional SME managers and sales teams to execute strategies effectively and achieve ambitious targets.
- Identify high-potential SME clusters, design targeted acquisition/retention strategies, and ensure scalable execution nationwide.
- Standardize sales processes, strengthen pipeline discipline, and track performance across all regions.
- Monitor competitor activities and market shifts to ensure Jazz maintains a competitive edge in the SME segment.
- Represent SME customer needs internally, influencing product design, service quality, and delivery models.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales or account management, with a proven track record of strategy design and national execution.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proven capability in stakeholder management, team leadership, and performance tracking.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling SME or enterprise business portfolios, delivering revenue growth, and managing large geographically dispersed teams.
