- Engage with clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored GSM solutions that best meet their requirements.
- Achieve monthly assigned Sales/Revenue targets through GSM products and services.
- Drive customer retention and recovery targets within the assigned portfolio.
- Conduct daily visits to B2B Large Accounts to promote and sell GSM solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Focus on expanding penetration within tagged companies to enhance GSM business revenue, address customer complaints, and secure new accounts for revenue generation.
- Manage relationships within the assigned portfolio to foster customer loyalty, resolve concerns, and promote additional GSM solutions.
- Prioritize high-value opportunities to establish a strong presence in the Large Accounts sector.
- Ensure completion of scheduled visits to tagged accounts and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve any issues efficiently.
- Work in close coordination with internal stakeholders, including B2B Executives, Pre-Sales Team, Customer Engagement Team, Jazz Business Sales Coordinators, Credit & Control Department, Channel Planning Team, Finance Team, and GSM Product Teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Basic level understanding of emerging technologies i.e. digitalization, big data, security, ad-tech, IT hardware sales, and IoT.
- Selling experience in the corporate sector especially internet/data-related products, GSM-based solutions, fixed connectivity, and M2M/IOT Products.
- Experience in working with OEM, System integrators, and Tech companies.
- Bachelor’s or master’s Degree (Preferably an Engineering/IT and Business mix)
