With a legacy of trust and efficiency, we provide seamless customs brokerage and logistics solutions to our clients.Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance and Accounts Officer to manage billing, record-keeping, and daily financial data entry. The role ensures accuracy and integrity of financial documentation and supports smooth company operations in Karachi.Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients for services rendered in a timely manner.
  • Perform daily data entry to update and maintain financial records, ledgers, and internal databases.
  • Manage and maintain records of incoming and outgoing bills, payments, and receipts.
  • Update and reconcile daily financial sheets using MS Excel and internal tools.
  • Assist in the preparation of basic financial reports and summaries as required.
  • Liaise with clients regarding billing inquiries, discrepancies, and payment follow-ups.
  • Ensure all financial documentation is properly filed, archived, and accessible.
