This position exists to coordinate pre & post-hiring process, Training, job rotation, transfers, traveling, and categorizing of staff on the basis of performance for career pathing in consultation with HRD. Further to provide logistic support to the business operations of required administrational items.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordination and assistance of all the administrative activities of the company.
  • Assistance and coordination for administrative planning and periodic review of budgets both, CAPEX and OPEX.
  • Ensuring proper budgetary control, showing budget variances compared to actual activities, and justifying reasons for the variations.
  • Ensuring proper and effective compliance of administrative policies and procedures as per the bank’s administrative policies.
  • Coordination with business operations to facilitate smooth functioning of business.
  • Coordinate and liaise with the departmental heads of AHKN to make the administrative functioning efficient.
  • Carryout periodic market survey to ascertain the prices of frequently purchased items.
  • Ensuring that all vendors are appraised/aware of company’s purchase policy and they are timely informed about their status as the AHKN’s vendor.
  • Always an updated list of vendors is maintained in Admin department and their assessment is regularly carried out.
  • Ensuring that proper service agreements are negotiated with the vendors/suppliers. The services provided by the vendor/suppliers are documented according to the bank’s policies/SOPs.
  • Ensuring that office facilities are managed according to the company policies.
  • Review/update the expense sheet of CAPEX and OPEX before submitting the bills to finance department.
  • Ensuring compliance of vehicle’s maintenance policies and procedures of AHKN.
  • Measurement of quantity according to the final bill submitted by the contractor before processing the bill to finance department for payment.
  • Coordinate for the recruitment process (sourcing of candidates, short listing with line managers, conducting interviews & selection and induction).
  • Ensure complete pre and post joining documentation as per the policy.
  • Keep record of attendance & leave management and help for salary calculation.
  • Tracking compliance to HR Policies and Labor Laws.
  • Coordinate employee recognition programs and events.
  • Responsible for managing day to day operations, employee relations, compensation and progression issues for Operations.
