CodeNinja is seeking a Senior Creative Designer to lead our design efforts and elevate our visual storytelling across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be a creative visionary with a proven track record in graphic design and multimedia content creation, capable of producing high-quality, innovative designs that engage and resonate with our audience.Key Responsibilities:
  • · Design and deliver high-quality visuals for digital platforms (social media, websites, email campaigns, ads) and print media (brochures, posters, packaging) with minimal supervision.
  • · Take ownership of concept-to-execution for creative projects ensuring strategic alignment and visual excellence.
  • · Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to create impactful designs that align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
  • · Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring design consistency across all channels and platforms.
  • · Lead brainstorming sessions and provide creative direction, offering innovative ideas for campaigns and projects.
Requirements· Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).· 3+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.· Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).· Strong command of typography, color theory, layout principles, and branding.· Proven ability to own multiple projects independently, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.· A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital, branding, and print design.· Knowledge of basic animation and motion graphics; familiarity with video editing tools is a plus.· Understanding of social media content formats and digital marketing trends.· Leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.Disclaimer: CodeNinja is an equal opportunity employer.
