Working directly with Uzair and other internal stakeholders, this role is critical to bringing technical rigor and analytical firepower to our evolving data ecosystem.Role SummaryWere seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Data Analyst to support our data warehouse initiative. This individual will be instrumental in designing and delivering advanced dashboards, optimizing queries, and managing data pipelines through PowerBI, SQL, and Azure Data Factory. You'll play a strategic role in translating data into actionable insights that align with broader business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & Reporting

Develop interactive and visually compelling dashboards using PowerBI
Apply advanced DAX to enhance data models and reporting functionality
Translate complex business requirements into scalable analytical outputs

️ Database Management

Design and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
Collaborate with engineers to establish database indexing, schema development, and performance tuning
Ensure the data layer supports efficient retrieval and high-quality insights

Data Integration & Workflow Automation

Leverage Azure Data Factory (ADF) to build and manage ETL pipelines
Integrate diverse data sources into centralized repositories
Maintain data integrity, latency standards, and business logic accuracy

Collaboration & Communication

Partner with internal stakeholders to define reporting needs and KPIs
Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
Support decision-making through clear data storytelling and actionable insights

Required Skills & Experience

Expertise in PowerBI, SQL, and DAX development
Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) for ETL and data integration
Proven ability to design and optimize databases, indexes, and schema architecture
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and communicate effectively

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with data warehouse implementation or optimization projects
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and modern data architectures
Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance best practices
Experience in cross-functional teams and agile environments
