- Managing teams of the Talent Acquisition Section on the recruitment & selection matters, and ensuring all Talent Acquisition policies and procedures are completed while performing the job.
- Guide and oversee multiple stages of Talent Acquisition, including Job Analysis, Job Ads Creation, Leads generation, screening & Shortlisting applications, Interviews scheduling, Interview assessments, Background checks, Job offers, etc.
- Responsible for developing, maintaining and updating the job descriptions by working with the Head of HR. He/she will notify all significant changes in the job description to Department Manager/Head.
- Assist Department Heads in defining selection criteria. Assists departments with organizing quizzes, and tests, and compiling results with scores by selection committees.
- Assist the HR Head with classification and Compensation & Benefits planning and execution as required by HR Manual.
- Responsible for maintaining comprehensive employee personnel records for all employees, regardless of employment category, including personnel action forms, pay history, performance evaluations/appraisals, promotions, warnings, payroll, attendance and bonuses, as instructed by the HR Head.
- Assist the HR Head in advising employees and distributing information regarding compensation, policies and procedures; provides assistance and staff support to departments as requested; answers inquiries concerning job openings, employment verifications and general information.
- Prepare day-to-day and periodic reports/summaries of HRD functions for inter-department use and Top Management.
- Act as an administrator in HR System for employee records, evaluation programs, and updating employee information in the system.
- Coordinating, developing and presenting human resource-related training programs to management and employees.
- Resolving difficult employee relations matters, including discipline/discharge and grievance/appeal procedures.
- Implementation and application of new and existing personnel policy.
- Conducting human resource policy and program research and development projects, including developing research format, collecting data, formulating results, and composing and typing various research reports.
- Attend human resource-related seminars and conferences, and reads industry journals and magazines to keep current on trends and legal requirements.
- Take action during the absence of the HR Head and use initiative and judgment to see that human resource matters requiring attention are handled to minimize the effect of the absence of the HR Manager.
- Perform other duties as assigned by HR Head or Executive Head HR.
