- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customers and project managers, on roadmap execution.
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Demonstrated experience in people management and team development.
- In-depth knowledge of software engineering principles and design practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
