- Build and nurture positive customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and ensure repeat business.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
- Utilize effective sales strategies to up-sell and cross-sell, maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to share successful sales techniques and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Document and update customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring accurate records of sales activities.
- Continuously refine sales approaches based on feedback, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Adapt to evolving sales strategies and market knowledge, remaining flexible and open to ongoing training and development.
- 1-2+ years of experience in B2B and B2C international sales.
- Fluent in English with exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Highly reliable, disciplined, with strong interpersonal skills, excellent pitching and probing skills, and demonstrating the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
- Confident in two-way communication, maintaining control of the conversation and focused on winning and increasing revenue.
- Fearless and confident in engaging with potential clients and handling objections.
- Proven experience in international sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and customer needs.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools to streamline processes.
- Quick learner, smart and adaptable to new system tools and technologies.
- Sharp attention to detail and the ability to pay close attention to customer requirements.
