- Implement innovative visual merchandising techniques to maximize sales and customer experience.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure achievement of merchandising sales targets.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or related field.
- 7+ years of proven experience in merchandising management.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations and supply chain management.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced and competitive retail environments.
