- Engage with potential and existing customers via phone to introduce and explain PakWheels.com products and services.
- Effectively communicate product features, answer customer queries, and understand customer requirements to close sales.
- Direct prospects to the appropriate sales team members for additional support when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales data in the CRM system.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism to maintain a positive company reputation.
- Strive to exceed sales targets and support future sales growth.
- Record and track sales interactions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institute or equivalent practical experience.
- Basic knowledge of computer programs and phone systems (knowledge of cars is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.
- Ability to learn and articulate details about products and services to potential customers.
- Resilient, able to handle rejection, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and close sales.
