Role Overview:The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the design and execution of high-impact digital assets for our marketing campaigns. This includes email newsletters, website banners, and ad creatives for platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure all designs are visually engaging, brand-consistent, and optimised for performance.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:

Design visually compelling Email newsletters that drive engagement and conversions.
Create Website Banners/Images and landing page graphics that align with campaign goals.
Develop eye-catching Meta and TikTok ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Stay up-to-date with digital design trends, ad platform best practices, and emerging creative formats.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Provide creative direction and constructive feedback to junior designers (if applicable).
