Sales Development Representative

- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential leads across the US, UK, and Canada
- Manage email campaigns and respond to inquiries professionally
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the closing team
- Maintain and update CRM systems with lead data and communication history
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth hand-off of qualified prospects
- Support the business development team in proposal follow-ups and project coordination
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- US/UK accent preferable
- Confidence in communicating with international clients via phone and email
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong follow-up strategies
- Prior experience in cold calling, lead generation, or email outreach (preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, GHL) is a plus
- Must be able to work on-site, Monday to Friday
- Willing to work on the night shift ( PM - AM ) PKT
